Fill out a Transcript Request form along with a fee of $3.00 (cash or money order).

There is no charge for official transcripts used for college or employment for one year following graduation.

OR

Print the attached Transcript Request form above, fill it out and mail in with the fee of $3.00 (cash or money order).
